1. Legal Agreement Updated

Welcome to Prom Marketing Bid. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "Professional") and Prom Marketing Bid regarding your use of the marketplace platform and related services.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

  • check_circle Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • check_circle Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • check_circle Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • check_circle Not be located in a country that is subject to trade sanctions
  • check_circle Not have been previously suspended or removed from our platform

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Fees

20% of project budget (non-refundable bid fee)

Paid by professionals to bid on projects

account_balance Platform Fee

5-10% of project value (varies by plan)

Deducted from completed project payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By using our platform, you agree to:

  • circle Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of transaction
  • circle Entry fees are non-refundable once bid is submitted
  • circle Project payments are held in escrow until milestone completion

5. Escrow & Payment Protection

Payment transferred to professional (minus fees)

info Disputed projects are subject to our dispute resolution process. Funds remain in escrow until resolution.

6. Bidding Rules

  • do_not_disturb_on No duplicate bids on the same project
  • attach_money Bids must be genuine and reflect actual capabilities
  • lock Entry fee required before bidding (non-refundable)
  • schedule Bids cannot be withdrawn after project assignment

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

flag Violates these terms
gavel Fraudulent activity
warning Harassment of users
copyright IP infringement

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
